Jerk Roulette review

Updated: November 4, 2026

Jerk Roulette is a one-on-one cam-to-cam chat that runs in your phone's browser and pairs men with women at random, with chat messages translated automatically. This Jerk Roulette review explains how it works on iPhone and Android, what the free start and per-minute credits involve, how it handles privacy, and who it suits. It is adults only, and everything here is based on the platform's own information and published terms.

What is Jerk Roulette?

Jerk Roulette is a random cam-to-cam chat for adults. You are paired with one other user at a time, both cameras on, and you can press Next to move on whenever you like. Men are matched with women and women with men: you pick your gender first, and there are no profiles to browse.

It is a chat between users, not a performer platform, and there are no public rooms. The site is run by Emvado Webadvertising B.V. in the Netherlands, which also operates Jerk Hub, Random Cum, Mature Planet and Erotic Roulette. Jerk Roulette says it has over 1,000,000 registered users per year; that is the company's own claim, not a number we can verify.

How Jerk Roulette works on your phone

There is no app to download. Jerk Roulette runs in the mobile browser, so the setup on a phone is short:

1. Open the site in Safari or Chrome and choose your gender.
2. Create a free account with a username, email and password.
3. Allow the camera and microphone when your browser asks.
4. Get matched one-on-one with someone of the opposite sex.
5. Type in your own language; messages are translated automatically.
6. Tap Next for a new match, and top up credits when the free trial ends.

Because it is browser-based, the experience is close to identical on iPhone and Android. The only difference is how each phone stores the camera permission, which our iPhone video chat and Android video chat guides explain.

Why translation matters on a small screen

Jerk Roulette has no country filter, so you can be matched with someone anywhere. Automatic translation turns that into an advantage: you type short messages in your own language and your match reads them in theirs. On a phone keyboard, that saves a lot of awkward guessing.

How much does Jerk Roulette cost?

Signing up is free, and the terms provide for a free trial whose length is set by the operator. After that, Jerk Roulette uses per-minute credits. Its FAQ says there is no subscription and no recurring payment: you buy the minutes you want, and packages include bonus minutes.

Prices are not listed on the public pages, so we don't quote any; you see the packages once signed in. Credits stay valid for 365 days and are non-refundable. Card payments are handled by SecurionPay or Verotel (CardBilling), which email you the invoice. For how this compares with free sites, see our free cam chat guide.

Privacy and safety on mobile

Jerk Roulette is for adults only (18+), and depending on your country you may be asked to verify your age. Every user has an account, and the rules forbid recording other users, sharing contact details, having more than one person on camera, and using pre-recorded or AI-generated video. If someone breaks the rules, you can skip them with Next and use the report form; the company says reports are reviewed within five business days.

The privacy policy notes that random screenshots of video chats may be collected for fraud detection and kept for up to one year. On a phone, that simply means the usual habits matter:

• Point the front camera so your home, street or workplace stays out of frame.
• Keep your full name, number and social accounts out of the chat.
• Use Wi-Fi or a strong signal: live video drops first on a weak connection.
• Add the real address to your bookmarks so you always land on the official site.

Who is Jerk Roulette for?

Jerk Roulette is a great fit for adults who want instant one-on-one cam chat with the opposite sex from their phone, without installing anything or signing up for a monthly plan. It suits people who like meeting someone from another country, since translation removes the language barrier. If you want same-sex chat or to pick a specific country, it is not built for that. Our guide to video chat with women on your phone covers the wider options.

Jerk Roulette vs similar sites

Instacams, our top pick, works in a very similar way, with one-on-one matching and translation in the browser. The sister sites Jerk Hub and Mature Planet follow the same model. To compare the field, browse our cam chat reviews or the cam to cam on phone guide.

Final take on Jerk Roulette

Jerk Roulette scores 4.2 out of 5 for mobile cam chat. It opens in seconds in the phone browser, matches you one-on-one straight away, translates the conversation and never ties you to a subscription. The small trade-offs are that prices appear only once you are inside and that there is no store app. To see it for yourself, open Jerk Roulette on your phone and start with the free trial.
